Course Background

国家自然科学基金委员会数学物理科学部编写的数理科学十三五规划战略研究报告中,数学学科建议优先发展的领域中多达15领域与生物网络或复杂网络的建模与分析密切相关。

Course Objective

Many systems of scientific interest can be represented as complex networks. This course introduces contemporary methods for complex network element analysis, subnetwork analysis, and their applications to biomolecular networks. Upon completion of this course, students should get comprehensive understanding of complex network analysis methods and be able to apply them to address some issues with complex bionetworks.
